Required Skills:

• Should have skills to keep the team motivated, resolve conflicts and make decisions for the team.
• Outstanding Communication skills: Should have strong communication skills both verbal and writing. Should able to handle application users.
• Budgeting: Should be able to do budgeting
• Analytical Skills: Should have analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. He/She should able to analyze data and make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
• Agile Methodology : Should have good knowledge on Agile methodology and should play the role of scrum master.
• Technical knowledge: Should have knowledge on Midtier applications developed on Java. Good to have database knowledge
• Tools: JIRA, Sharepoint
• Additional activity: Should able to handle the elevations by coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
