JLL Corporate Technologies is seeking a talented Project Manager to support the development of core CRM Systems with expertise on data and analytics. As an ideal candidate, you have an analytical mind with strong understanding of IT Project management.
What this job involves:
Under the supervision of IT Leader, drives and tracks Project demand intake process, prioritization and provides full transparency through reporting.
Working closely with IT leaders and complete data governance with ability to prepare dashboard reporting using tableau
Responsible for setting up data governance framework across multiple business line.
On a periodic basis conducts testing of key IT projects to ensure they follow SDLC and key IT controls.
Manages IT project documentation repository.
Helps with driving the content and presentation for Department Town halls, Meetings etc.
Support adoption of Project management Procedures and Tools

Bachelor’s degree
Conversant with waterfall/agile methodologies
A minimum of 7 years relevant IT Project management experience
Experience with SOX controls as applied in an IT environment.
Strong verbal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills
5+ years’ experience with IT.
Experience in creating or redesigning, rolling out and executing organizational processes and tools
Experience in real estate, digital would be preferred
Adept at usage of various tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Enterprise Portfolio/Program Management tools.
