The Talent Management Manager (Region) is the key liaison to the Regional HRBP team/ COE plus extended COE community. This person leads the implementation and coordination of Talent Management and Development activities. This person assists in the identification of the best development solutions to match employee and business needs. And leads projects as assigned
Tasks & Responsibilities:

§ Serve as the Talent Management Leader on the regional application of global initiatives, ensuring that the Talent Management strategy aligns with the Regional business needs supporting the achievement of PRIMUS.

§ With the HRBP team, support the development of plans for the execution and deployment of activities in the Region in the areas of competency management, talent assessments, career development, leadership development, succession planning and performance management.

§ Deliver train-the-trainer courses to the HRBP team and local Trainers for the implementation of Talent Management programs and activities.

§ Work with the HRBP team to understand the challenges of the Region and liaise with CoE colleagues to drive updates and improvements to our portfolio.

§ In collaboration with the HRBP team, conduct the assessment of learning and development needs and provide feedback to Experts in the CoE teams.

§ Work closely with your CoE colleagues to ensure the best customer response and attentiveness towards our internal customers and HR colleagues.

  • Education – Master’s
  • Experience – more than 10 years
  • Working Experience – Human Resources
