Our merchants, Store design and technology solutions help to deliver a great customer experience. The Store Operations Digital Solutions Project Manager will develop and manage mobile and omnichannel projects for the stores. This highly motivated individual will be empowered to drive process re-engineering using technology as an enabler. Cross-functional partnerships with the stores, various business teams and IT will be essential to deliver solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Store Associates and Management teams to identify opportunities to migrate manual processes to mobile solutions
- Participate in omni-channel projects that cross online, mobile and in-store experiences
- Manage all R&D projects defining KPIs that will determine deployment strategies
- Participate in the entire life cycle of a project including requirements gathering, UAT , pilot and rollout phases
- Facilitate meetings to brainstorm functionality and identify possible solutions
- Prepare project summaries and present metrics to the various teams as needed
Qualifications:
- BA or BS Degree
- Retail operations experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of the internet, applications used on various mobile devices and platforms
- 5+ years of working in an omnichannel environment delivering both customer and associate facing features
- Project Management experience to itemize deliverables and track progress
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and navigating through company culture
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to soft sell new ideas and solutions
- Must be highly motivated, resourceful and organized in a rapidly changing environment
