Sr. Project Manager, ATM Operations
As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with a team of process managers to deliver flawless ATM deployment operations. You will execute ATM MAC (moves, adds & changes) processes while collaborating with passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the overall ATM Kiosk Channel. You will be working closely with our Construction, IT, Operations, and Command Center teams. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the use of process to ensure execution that delights customers and other associates.
Responsibilities:
- Executing various ATM MAC processes including: new installs, replacements, removals, relocations, network changes, and vendor conversions
- Managing a portfolio of processes representing a significant portion of the overall deployment process, and providing horizontal leadership to the team
- Performing root cause analysis of process defects during planning or execution
- Producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
- Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
- Analyzing, identifying, and correcting deficiencies with systems used or owned by a department
- Providing required support to the Deployment team during the execution phase of the project
- Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment and are experts in process management. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the departments and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 year of People Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
