Position Summary:

This individual will need to be very detail oriented, have multiple project management methods and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, XP, Six Sigma, etc., be able to manage multiple projects and ideas at any given time, help take on the responsibility of helping various teams plan and execute projects to achieve business goals, create project plans, track team’s progress against that plan, communicate with stakeholders, and remove any barriers that might prevent a team for being successful all while maintaining an upbeat and can do attitude. As leaders it is imperative that they promote in their staff a culture of teamwork, collaboration and success.


Responsibilities
:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for all stages from scope to implementation.
  • Managing and supporting Servicing Project Management process including documentation, facilitation, scope, testing and roll out of the change to servicing and supporting teams
  • Provide management updates of active projects, including status updates and project plans.
  • Manage day to day operational aspect of projects or enhancements.
  • Assist in development of scope, requirements and ensure all stakeholders are included.
  • Ensure approvals are obtained to proceed with next stages of implementation
  • Being responsible for all aspects of a project from the design stage through to completion and handover to the Executives and Stakeholders
  • Writing up all project documentation.
  • Submitting progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers.
  • Setting the standards and methodology to be used in a project.
  • Creating a working environment that allows everyone to work to the best of their abilities.
  • Taking responsibility of projects/enhancements through their entire lifecycle.
  • Managing project budgets and scope (limited scope creep).
  • Managing project resources.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to clarify the desired outcome of a project.
  • Ensuring that all relevant processes are followed on projects.
  • Managing project personnel within the scope of the role to achieve project objectives.
  • Regularly review and analyses the project scope.
  • Managing Stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Flexible in dealing with variable deadlines and duties
  • Strong PC skills. Must be proficient in MS Windows and MS Office Suite

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related fields or comparable work experience
  • 2-5 years experience working in project management
  • 2 years experience working on MSP or other process management application.
  • 2 years experience working servicing system enhancements or implementations

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
