We are a domestic franchised auto dealership looking to retain a top-notch Service Manager to operate a high-grossing, 50-bay Service Department for the long term!
What you must possess:
1) Verifiable track record of integrity, servant leadership, profitable operation and good CSI;
2) Proven ability to attract and retain technicians and team members;
3) Ability to fully operate the Service Department in every facet and control expenses;
4) Must be a TEAM PLAYER and willing to follow agreed upon initiatives; and
4) Experience in management of warranty claims with manufacturer.

Salary: $90,000.00 to $140,000.00 /year
