We are seeking a strong technical leader to join our team. If you have the ability to provide leadership to a multi-disciplined team for projects from concept to completion, we want to speak to you.
How are you successful in this role?
You should be able to work closely with a diverse team to coordinate small and large projects. Maintain responsibility for managing the project scope, cost, scheduling, internal staffing, outside vendors, and contractual deliverable. Lead the review plans and other technical documents, answer questions regarding project scope, monitor costs and project progress. Have the ability to prepare proposals and project plans. Supervise construction progress and equipment start-ups.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- 5-10 years experience
- Direct involvement in building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives (consulting) experience
- Proficiency with planning, scheduling and coordinating detailed phases of projects
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
What we would love to see?
- Higher Engineering degree
- Additional certifications (i.e. PMP, CEM, LEED AP, EIT or PE)
- CAD experience
