Plan, design, develop and lead programming in making Anthem’s Ethics, Compliance & Privacy program highly effective.

Oversees programs for multiple departments/functions with advance multiple layers and objectives.

Designs strategic plans for the overall Compliance function of Anthem’s international subsidiary.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports; collaborates with management to set strategic vision; may oversee a manager(s)/director(s) with direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS; MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred; at least 5 years of global compliance experience, particularly Asia, required.Prior health care regulatory, ethics, compliance and/or privacy experience preferred; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background; 8-10 years management experience, including strong leadership/managerial skills and ability to motivate/coach other staff. Ability to travel required.
