Milestone Technologies is seeking an experienced Agile Technical Project Manager to join our AI & Automation team. The Project Manager will help lead the development team in the successful development and delivery of our AI and Automation solutions to our global clients. Project Manager will be responsible for orchestrating development sprints, manage software delivery, enable continuous delivery and an end-to-end vision of the entire solution from inception to operations and all related professional services. Responsibilities

- Lead daily standups and manage sprint schedules such as backlog grooming sessions and sprint reviews
- Be an extension of the Phoenix AI Center of Excellence while on site with customers and a constant advocate for our end users
- Convert user requirements to technical requirements
- Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that milestones are completed on time
- Provide strategic leadership in developing tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity across various Milestone software delivery offerings
- Play a key role in managing project scope and quality
- Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company
- Successful delivery (without fail)
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Able to infuse innovation and creativity into strategic plans (this is key).
- Continual Improvement (CI) mindset is a must.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Complex end-to-end enterprise software development and deployment
- Lead Agile teams with multiple complex sprints
- String presentation skills to senior management
- Manage onshore and offshore teams
- Good understanding of testing and automation tools
- Manage 3rd party QA teams
- Knowledge of bug tracking / bug resolution and reporting
- Need 10+ yearsâ experience overall with 3-5+ years of Agile software development
- Experience managing a combination of onshore and offshore development teams
- Experience with managing complex integration projects
- Experience managing budgets of $5M/year or more with teams of 20+
- Experience owning a program/product/feature, scoping requirements, planning milestones, project management and working with technical teams
- Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g. AWS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
- Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms and are equally adept in communicating upwards and downward
- Proven analytical thinking, skills in metrics creation and project management, attention to details, and exceptional organizational skills
- Certification in Agile PMI, Scrum, or related Project Management training
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, automated testing, and operations
