Key Role:
Work day-to-day with agile teams on-the-ground to facilitate their delivery, remove impediments, and help them to hold one another accountable for their commitments. Work with one to two delivery teams and champion the team’s processes. Aim to foster empowerment, collaboration, and team ownership of actions and decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale enterprise systems or Navy systems
- Knowledge of Agile concepts, including SAFe and common software development practices
- Ability to coach and teach clients in an Agile environment
- Ability to communicate with clients and educate them on future needs effectively
- Secret clearance
- BA or BS degree in CS, Mathematics, or Information Systems
