is looking for a Scrum Master (PM) to join our team! This is for an exciting role in which will contribute to the overall success of a project for a Federal customer.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Facilitate Agile Scrum Team as part of larger modernization effort implementing DevOps and Continuous Integration practices
  • Guide team to provide estimates and track progress and results
  • Support quality processes including code reviews, testing, and other methods to help ensure quality products
  • Generate dashboards in Tableau and management reports in PowerPoint for use by all levels of contractor and customer managers
  • Directly integrate with customer teams to provide expertise in both theory and delivery of solutions
  • Prepare, document, and present solutions to current and prospective customers

Required Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Business, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related disciplines
  • Currently active PMI certification (e.g. PMP) and industry-accepted Scrum Master certification or PMI-ACP in lieu of both certifications

Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of general experience progressively technical and complex automated information systems software and software management experience encompassing all areas of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Systems Life Cycle Methodology (SLCM) functions.
  • Must have five (5) years specialized experience in supervising medium to large (averaging five or more persons of effort per year) automated information systems programs that have functionality that involved complex calculations.
  • Technical environments shall have included Oracle and web-based applications and experience dealing with legacy applications that utilize technologies such as Visual Basic and/or VBA, PowerBuilder, etc.
  • Experience shall include demonstrated capability to work independently and in teams and provide organizational and leadership skills; provide project and task management including demonstrated experience that tasks are completed on-time, within budget, and meet requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of an Agile Development methodology
  • Experience developing and grooming user stories
  • Experience facilitating estimation and Agile ceremonies
  • Possess and utilize excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience providing Agile reports and dashboards
  • Strong presentation skills with PowerPoint and diagrams
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Word and Excel for deliverables to limit formatting, typos, or grammatical mistakes.

Preferred Qualifications and Certification:

  • Expertise in successfully migrating applications and databases from legacy environments
  • Experience working in a Scrum of Scrum environment
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with AgileCraft and/or other Agile and user story management tools
  • Experience as a tester, developer, or technical analyst to provide technical insight to development activities
  • Additional certifications or training in DevOps or Agile management tools
