Job description:


  • A recognized expert in technology for Regulatory and Safety business processes who will partner with regional and global clients to provide advisory services in order to embed digital tools and technologies in our Regulatory offerings.
  • The role entails articulation and creation of optimal solutions managing risk, technology, and cost effectiveness. The solution offered should also be able to enhance Genpact deal win ratio & margins. Such solutions will require people leadership, in-depth understanding of our delivery model, and client relationship management.
  • Lead the creation of Digital Assets for Regulatory & Safety and contribute to the creation of collaterals and white papers.
  • Growing our digital footprint among Life Sciences clients. Interfacing with business to understand the key drivers of transformation, and for helping us create the overall roadmap to deliver products and differentiated services to the market.
  • Drive effective customer interactions through the use of innovative technologies.
  • Generate business impact for our clients through articulation of technology strategy during deals, and creation of digital assets and market-facing collaterals, that reflect leading edge thinking in products and services.
  • Build big Project & BPO deals
  • Ability and ownership to build tailor made, technology driven Regulatory and Safety solutions for Insurance processes
  • Architect a full end to end solution specific to client needs – should have an understanding of how process, technology and analytics can be leveraged to address client needs
  • Partner with best of breed technology vendors to launch new service offerings
  • Package / Bundle technology components with process to address industry pain areas.
  • Interact with analysts and establish Genpact as a market leader in Regulatory & Safety services
  • To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the Regulatory & Safety spectrum to help them raise their performance to new heights.
  • Develop industry leading tech solutions – become newsworthy among Global providers
  • Represent the tech solutions in public forums; conceptualize and develop thought leading content
  • Contribute to developing and executing on the regional and global strategy
  • Focus on market development, unique execution frameworks, bundling of technology & process to accelerate strategy execution.
  • Carve out and articulate solutions in a way that resonates well with the Prospect’s context. Solutions that benefit the Prospects, and are simple and easy to implement
  • Work with the Internal teams by collaborating and staying ahead of the curve when it comes deadlines


Qualifications


  • MBA / Degree in Life Sciences / Computer Science / Technology
  • 20+ years of domain experience + consulting experience preferred
  • Prior solutioning, software product development and consulting experience
  • Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
  • Project Management Skills
  • Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues

  • Ability to understand the key drivers of transformation in the Life Sciences spectrum, and based on these drivers, architect and implement technology-driven solutions to clients/ business
  • A recognized expert in technology for Regulatory and Safety business processes
