Lake Forest growing mortgage lender is looking for a Sales Driven and Customer Service Leader to join our team. We are growing fast and need an individual that brings strategic leadership to brand/division our sales team with goals of optimizing revenue, profit margin and lead the Sales Team with support where needed.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit strong sales team and develop and retain productivity and engage with sales team in
our Corporate office and branch locations.
- Develop positive teamwork and achievement work culture for sales staff
- Reinforce actions consistent with our Companyâs values, vision and goals.
- Have a complete understanding of all Programs/Guidelines. Ensure the understanding
compliance with legal regulations, sales policies and internal procedures and practices.
- Develop sales rallies, training sessions, lead conversion/coaching, and maintain industry
Market by attending Seminars.
- Establish monthly sales goals and provide superior leadership to help the sales team achieve
their goals.
- Responsible for developing sales growth by hiring good/ethical sales team on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Provide monthly projection reports to President and COO.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 8-10 years as a Sales Leader; Strong knowledge in Encompass and agency products. Complete understanding of borrower qualifications required. NMLS License; Out-of-State license is preferred not mandatory.
