Condado Tacos is a fresh & hip build your own taco concept that also features craft beers, tequilas, and specialty cocktails. We are currently looking for a Regional Manager to oversee our Detroit and Northeast Ohio Regions.

Condado Regional Managers are responsible for overseeing operations of their assigned locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Role Focuses:
- Oversee 4-7 stores
- Responsibility for all aspects of operations in those stores including, but not limited, to financial responsibility, people matters, weekly reporting, guest feedback
- Be a role model for managers
- Set Expectations for each location within region
- Collaborate with support to resolve concerns
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in multi-unit management
- 5+ years in restaurant management
- Involvement in new restaurant openings
- Exceptional knowledge of controllable costs
- Passion for management development
- Willing to travel within the market and company as a whole
- Able to adapt in an extremely fast-paced environment
