The property manager will be focused on stabilizing a new acquisition. The position requires a proven work ethic, high intellect, keen interest in developing real-world business experience, and strong communication skills.
This position is ideal for an ambitious, high-achieving recent graduate or an individual in the early stage of their career. Project management experience, as well as experience managing clients and vendors, is helpful, but not a requirement.

Selected candidates will be asked to complete a brief technical challenge that involves answering questions related to managing situations with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Tenant management – from move-in to move-out, collecting rent, monthly checkin, interfacing regarding maintenance issues etc.
- Maintenance management – interfacing with maintenance crew opening/closing work orders
- Rent roll – enforcing and reconciling rent collections
- Property management – confirming the property is maintained in good order including: city licenses, cleanliness, interfacing with maintenance crew and outside contractors
- Office management – mail/bill organization, AR, AP, basic book keeping
- Reporting – weekly/monthly – maintenance, collections, investor
