We are a residential kitchen and bathroom remodel company based in the Lakewood area of Jacksonville. We are seeking to hire a Project Manager whose primary function would be to assist in all aspects of the remodel process (sales and project management). The individual would assist the Designer.
This person would either perform or assist in the performance of the following Job Functions:
– Develop clear understanding of proposed project scope
– Obtain subcontractor and vendor pricing for projects
– Confirm obtained pricing meets project scope
– Compile obtained pricing to generate the overall project price
– Prepare the Sales Proposal
– Update the Project Schedule as required
– Check-in with subcontractors and vendors to verify progress and adherence to the schedule
– Communicate with clients and prospective clients as necessary
– Various other activities
Requirements
– Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
– Excellent organization
– Good customer service and sales skills
– Good telephone skills
– Computer literacy
– Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously
– Ability to work after hours and weekends as required
– Ability to work in close-proximity to others
– Clean driving record (site visits may be required)

Work hours are 8a to 4:30p each weekday and as required to meet project demands
