Project Manager, Albany, NY
Job Description
Our growing Environmental consulting firm that is currently located in the Syracuse and Rochester, NY area is looking to expand within the Albany, NY region. Our firm is seeking a candidate to fill the position of a self-motivated Project Manager. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is required. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing a new office to cover the Albany, Poughkeepsie, and Hudson Valley regions. The individual must be capable of developing and growing business in this market, as well as manage a staff. Until the office is sufficiently staffed, the Project Manager will be required to handle both field work, as well as develop new clients and schedule jobs.
Qualifications
The candidate must have experience and certifications in some or all of the following areas:
- Asbestos project monitoring
- Asbestos inspector
- Asbestos project designer
- Mold assessor
- Microsoft word
- Excel
- CAD experience is a plus
