    Role

    • Works in a fast-paced Software Engineering team, building real-world applications for Inventive Works clients, Inventive Ventures partners, or charities and non-profit organizations that Inventive Cares helps support.
    • Contributes to building a fun, safe, and productive environment.
    • Reports to the COO.

    Responsibilities

    • Be the helpful and organized face of Inventive to our clients. Achieve successful outcomes during crucial client conversations.
    • Coordinate and regularly communicate project schedule, status, budget, scope, and risks.
    • Manage activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including kickoff, planning, execution, support, and completion.
    • Committed ownership of assigned projects. Hold team members accountable for outcomes.
    • Escalate potential project issues and risks, and mitigate appropriately.
    • Manage the day-to-day team activities such as standups, demos, and retrospectives.

    Skills and Experience

    • Three or more years of hands-on agile project management experience of software development.
    • CSM or similar project management certification is desired, but not required.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, along with solid “follow-through”, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
    • Flexible management approach depending on the needs of the particular client/project.
    • Highly motivated and driven to over-communicate and over-deliver.
