Job Description Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from design through completion including managing project costs, project schedule and quality issues, reporting and documentation. The role includes interfacing with architects, client staff, property managers and vendors on a daily basis while maintaining a positive client relationship. Provide strategic leadership, day-to-day project oversight and management supervision over assignments ensuring all services are delivered following C&W Services’ methodology, policies and practices.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and support multiple projects in various phases of development and on multiple projects and assignments for clients maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Primary focus is on the specific needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and facilitate all stakeholders through the programming phase of the project.
  • Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
  • Consistent development of both internal (C&W Services) and external relationships (clients, vendors, consultants).
  • Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget and scope.
  • Proactively manage project related issues on accounts or assignments.
  • Manages and the development of proposals and presentations for prospective projects. Provide needed guidance and support with the business development effort. Develop new business through existing clients and industry contacts.


Background Required:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years preferred of real estate project management or related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior project management leadership position.
  • Demonstrated ability to win and manage new project management business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
