This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to be a Construction /Maintenance Project Manager for Kohan Retail Investment Group (KRIG), a Dynamic New York based Regional Mall Owner/Operator with over 15 million square feet of retail real estate.
Candidate needs to be well versed in Roofing, HVAC, Paving, Electrical, and Lighting including a good understanding of pricing.
Project Manager duties will include working with Mall Managers and Maintenance Personnel to help manage Landlord Improvement projects, minor repairs, maintenance projects, and help hire maintenance personnel and hire and coordinate with third party contractors.
