BASIC FUNCTIONS:
This exciting position within our growing healthcare analytics team is being made available for the candidate who possesses a combination of business acumen, strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.

This position is responsible for creating and managing documentation, project plans, including schedule, scope, for large, complex projects with minimal oversight; and managing projects across clinical program departments for delivery of a reports, products or services to internal and external entities.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree or 4 years of experience working in a position which requires independent decision making.
  • 4 years of combined experience working in a position which requires gathering and documenting business requirements, leading teams/work streams, and coordinating with program management.
  • Experience working a dynamic work environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills, detail oriented, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.


PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Health Informatics or another related field
  • Healthcare experience (RN, management, administration)
  • Experience with NCQA and health plan accreditation
  • Ability to create new or proofread/edit assigned material or PowerPoint presentations.
  • Works independently and receives minimal guidance
  • Monitors quality of deliverables
  • Acts as a resource and provides oversight for colleagues with less experience
  • Ability to document processes, track multiple projects, dependencies and workstreams.
  • Ability to operate independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
  • Experience and knowledge of the Health Care Industry or working with technical teams.
  • Experience using project/program management best practices, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience assessing and managing risk including escalating issues to the appropriate decision maker.

This position is based in Naperville, IL.
Relocation will not be provided for this position.
