Gator Sign Company, Inc. is seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to manage a new program that spans multiple states.

Project Managers provide a turn key service for our new and existing customers. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Project Managers will communicate with clients and vendors regarding all aspects of the job. Project Managers will also be expected to grow sales and at times may need to travel and stay overnight to meet with clients. Project Managers will need to document their progress on each job they are managing and prepare reports for upper management. Upon completion of a project, Project Managers will bill their jobs and submit to accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resources with clients, vendors, installers, and sub-contractors
  • Ensure all projects are on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Grow sales by developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients
  • Provide technical solutions and pricing to clients
  • Ensure resource availability and delivery
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Issue purchase orders for materials and contractors
  • Manage all project documentation, emails, art, plans, and photos
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
  • Manage installers and/or sub-contractors
  • Invoice clients for all work done and close purchase orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge or Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Be able to work Monday thru Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM
  • Some travel, weekend, and late night
