The C-Store Pricebook Manager will manage the accuracy and integrity of the data within the Pricebook for our company. You will need to be well organized, process driven, able to multi-task while having attention to detail. The Pricebook directly impacts the profitability of our company based on gross profit of every item we bring in for our customers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Set up and maintain all items
- Manage costs and retails for all stores
- Item authorization through the wholesaler
- Work with Accounting to research and correct discrepancies on costs and retails
- Promotional Pricing
- Direct store support for items that are not scanning or scanning at the wrong price
- Continuous Pricebook cleanup
- Maintain Rebate Manager and billing
- Good relationship with vendors to have rebate payments received in a timely manner
- Marketlink maintenance
Education and/or Experience
- Preferred- Bachelorâs Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferably in business administration, marketing or related field
- Or 2+ yearsâ experience in the retail industry
- Minimum 2 years in convenience Pricebook Management
- Preferred- PDI experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pricebook manager or similar role in Convenience Retail
- Solid knowledge of pricebook management, marketing and sales principles
- Understanding of data analysis PDI Enterprise software
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent communication and people skills
