Seeking a full-time personal assistant to the CEO for Pod Juice’s main office. We are a rapidly growing e-juice and CBD manufacturer with a friendly, energetic work atmosphere. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with general administrative needs
  • Scan and file documents
  • Prepare invoices and packing slips for important clients
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Answer phones and respond to clients via email or text.
  • Help prepare shipments for clients

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
