Seeking a full-time personal assistant to the CEO for Pod Juice’s main office. We are a rapidly growing e-juice and CBD manufacturer with a friendly, energetic work atmosphere. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with general administrative needs
- Scan and file documents
- Prepare invoices and packing slips for important clients
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/marketâs potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Answer phones and respond to clients via email or text.
- Help prepare shipments for clients
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
