- Output/Ownership
- Operationalize the Nike Communications Platform rollout across all geographies; including developing tactical timelines that scale globally, handling geo feedback and product requirements for NCP
- Communicate geo requirements back to Product and provide holistic view of global priorities to launch new capabilities
- Ensure feedback loop prior to launching new capabilities back with all geos and document all requirements for geo adoption back to Product teams
- Lead the launch of net new executions and the migration/deprecation of existing executions into the NCP tool, examples: email campaigns, automatized triggers, multi-touch journeys, dynamic capabilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, geography, and product teams to handle and shape timelines for migration and roll out plans.
- Partner and influence geos to adopt new NCP capabilities and listen for insights and suggestions for operational improvements, and handle feedback loops
- Map out critical interdependencies between multiple workstreams that operate in parallel paths, facilitating clear communication across while escalating to stakeholders where needed
- Maintain visibility to all project deliverables and timelines across multiple cross functional teams, ensuring teams are accountable and key leaders are informed
- Create documentation to support general project communication within teams (i.e., status updates and milestone checkpoints) as well as coordinate with product teams to build documentation on NCP capabilities and use
- Skillsets Required
- Ability to distill overarching strategic plans into tactical needs and milestones, pivoting and recommending alternate solutions and process improvements as needed in order to meet goals
- Demonstrated expertise in defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks
- Team oriented; ability to lead and influence multiple cross functional teams with varying needs and goals, coordinating consensus and providing solutions
- Process and results oriented; with a strong attention to detail and the ability to pivot and quickly make decisions
- Resourcefulness; continuously seeking efficiencies and success in ambiguous and changing environments
- A clear, thorough program plan from Sr. Program Manager outlining key milestones across multiple teams (strategy, marketing, vendors, product, geo); close communication when dates and milestones shift
- Product Manager (CMS) to accurately scope NCP email tool requirements by quarter, communicating shifts and impacts to rollout when priorities change
- Subject matter expertise from channel/production geo leads to shape and inform NCP tool – clear feedback, accountability to dates and milestones, and enthusiastic participation and presence during biweekly sessions
- Close communication with existing vendors as executions migrate off of existing external tools and into NCP
- Email, notifications, design, and editorial standards delivered by global email channel strategy team, outlining marketing capabilities, best practices, and prioritizes by quarter
