Reporting to the CEO, this individual performs administrative and operations support activities for the entire facility. Primary duties involve logistical assistance to all levels of management as well as staff and clients; fundamentally serving as the primary facilitator for the organization. Responsible for managing various routine and specialized projects as required.

Breakdown of activities include administrating numerous oversight functions for all departments, ensuring all operations occur with maximum efficiency, fielding questions and responding to concerns as they arise. Established computer skills are required, as well as strong communication capabilities with outstanding drive and attention to detail.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· coordinating work flow and assisting in logistics administration

· all aspects of facilities management, including overseeing all housekeeping and maintenance functions

· kitchen management and departmental support

· IT coordination, including supporting all hardware on site

· primary accounts payable and receivables coordination

· primary liaison between billing department and facility

· updating and maintaining databases and information software

· checking and distributing documents and correspondence

· maintaining filing systems and compiling records of activities

· coordinating client intake process and protocols

· ensure the compliance of all legal and regulatory policy requirements

· manage and administrate all HR functions, including employee recruitment, hiring, and benefit administration

· process payroll for all employees and select contractors

· provide exceptional customer service for clients, their family, and guests, addressing all questions or concerns

· reviewing files and records to answer requests for information

· procuring housekeeping, office, maintenance, and program supplies as required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
