Role
The Marketing Project Manager will work with the central marketing, communications, creative, and business leadership teams to develop and execute world-class digital and creative marketing campaigns for ENGINE. The role requires an insanely organized and proactive person with strong interpersonal skills, project management experience and marketing acumen.
We’re looking for a team player who is a strategic, creative thinker and is willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and get to work.
Responsibilities
- Partner and collaborate with internal business partners and creative marketing to develop smart and out-of-the-box marketing campaigns
- Provide timely, efficient, and effective project management support for marketing projects
- Work with the Director of Digital Marketing to create digital content and campaigns
- Copywrite and edit social and marketing content
- Manage marketing vendor relationships
- Collaborate with central service teams to create internal campaigns for employees and corporate culture.
- Work with the Director of Communications to develop smart, creative content for PR and media purposes.
- Provide timely feedback and responses to internal teams and clients.
- Own the development of all materials/decks for client meetings and presentations
- Keep team morale up and the trains running on time
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, and adapt to change while meeting deadlines
- Extensive experience and a keen interest in all aspects of digital and social media marketing, particularly performance marketing
- Experience in copywriting and editing.
- Solid research, organizational and writing skills, and a sharp, attentive eye for detail
- Ability to not only meet requests, but self-start and initiate without prompting on business needs given timelines, schedules, and priorities.
