Well established and successful Luxury Property Management company seeking qualified and teachable candidate for Project Manager position. We are looking for a Project Manager that has some experience as a Project Manager as well as handyman or building experience to bring their skills and knowledge to a thriving home management business. Must be able to adequately conduct the following:

  • Plan and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Taking initiative – self starter.
  • Basic understanding of home maintenance and systems with ability to repair small projects.
  • Communication with all clients.
  • Initiation of services with new clients.
  • Correspondence and management of sub-contractors as related to client property projects.
  • Arranging and scheduling with all vendors and subcontractors providing services to A Step Above properties.
  • Communicating with A Step Above team regarding cleaning schedules, client arrival and departure, and vendor schedules on work being done.
  • Performing scheduled property management inspections and keeping clients informed of service needs and recommendations.
  • Follow up emails to clients on job status (start date, progress, end date, etc.).
  • Providing the accounting department with an accurate and timely record of all client billing information including details of work performed by you or a vendor.
  • Keeping an organized and updated file on each A Step Above client assigned to your department.
  • Always maintain a standard of customer service and professionalism when dealing with clients and A Step Above employees.
  • Maintain a personal hygiene standard as well as proper attire.
  • Maintain minimum 35-hrs billable to clients per week.
  • All receipts will be accounted for on a daily basis.
  • Salary is dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
