Cin7 Limited is a connected inventory software company providing a central solution to which companies can connect/integrate their sales channel such as websites/point of sale/electronic data interchange. We are a centralized inventory solution that connects to accounting software such as XERO and QuickBooks.


Purpose of Role:

As Head of Partnerships for the U.S., you will acquire, enable and manage Cin7’s indirect sales through strategic, solution and channel partners within your territory. Success in this role means growing Cin7 revenues and new customer sign ups, that can be directly or indirectly attributed to partners, and achieving sales channel objectives, aligned with the company’s business strategy. You must be self-motivated and proactive in driving mutual success for our partners and Cin7, and work very effectively across Cin7’s various teams and departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for all indirect US sales through all partners (except marketing partners) across the Americas (North America, Canada and Latin America).
  • Collaborate with other regional partnership staff to help lead the design and implementation of the worldwide partner sales strategy.
  • Implement automated and improved sales processes into key partners to drive internal sales efficiency in order to scale the business to support its revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct and/or indirect sales experience in a technical software or SaaS environment
  • 10+ years in management consulting or sales management.
  • 7+ years of partnership or channel sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or professional services market.
  • 5+ years of supply chain management, inventory management, app advisory, systems integration, or eCommerce experience.
  • Experience prospecting, recruiting, presenting, qualifying and managing either clients or partners for a SaaS company.
  • A track record of continuous opportunity development and successful quota achievement.
