A d a y i n t h e l i f e:

• Oversee the daily operations of our legal department
• Effectively represent Jar House and appropriate parties whenever necessary
• Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions
• Advise Jar House on how real estate laws affect the business when purchasing and selling homes
• Apply risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues

M u s t H a v e s:

• 5+ years legal and management experience
• J.D. degree
