DBRS Morningstar is looking for a Head of Credit Products. This role will work with our credit leaders and stakeholders to help define and execute the credit technology roadmap. This role reports to the Head of Credit Operations, and would manage our team of product managers responsible for credit warehouse, credit delivery, Viewpoint, DealView, and Ratings Engine. This role is based in our Chicago office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and execute on a multi-year technology roadmap for the credit group.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain product manager talent.
- Work closely with stakeholders in the analytical teams, business development, and compliance.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Head of Credit Technology and the software engineering team.
- Understand our competitors’ technology offerings and the market’s needs.
- Communicate with stakeholders, celebrate progress.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, motivational, teambuilding, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, communication, planning, and execution skills.
- Proven track record of creating, maintaining and executing on a multi-year roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile development. Good technical acumen.
- Willingness to collaborate with global teams during off-hours.
