A Winchester area Recovery Facility is seeking an experienced Executive Director, who will be responsible for overseeing the various staff members and ensure patients recieve the proper care.
As Executive Director you will be leading a team of individuals driven to address the opioid epidemic. The Executive Director provides oversight and support to ensure daily operations run efficiently, while providing an engaging environment for our employees
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the management team comprised of medical and administrative staff
- Maintain State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR and HIPAA standards and Company policies.
- Responsible for developing annual budget, reaching revenue target, census goals, and expense targets.
- Develop performance and process improvement plans, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to demonstrate and adhere to ethical conduct
- Must possess a strong understanding and experience in clinic substance abuse treatment including best/promising practices and state and federal regulations
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a budget.
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Federal and State regulations pertaining to medication assisted treatment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling or human services; Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor
- Minimum of 2 years of experience creating treatment services.
