Position: Executive Admin to CEO
Reports to: CEO

Role:

Your main role and responsibility is to build the processes and accountability for everything inside our business. Everything is related to client experiences and tracking. The best part about what you will be doing; it’s never ending.

Responsibilities:

  • Company values – work with the team to reinforce the company core values so that they are used in decision-making in all departments.
  • Driving operations forward toward outcomes through systemization & teamwork.
  • Overseeing & implementing the meeting cadence – including daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual targeted interactions with the team.
  • Organizing team meetings
  • Organizing company events & scheduling
  • Systemizing & solidifying ambiguous processes
  • Facilitating communication between various roles & departments
  • Delegating tasks to team members and creating time lines for them
  • People leadership – Keeping team members focused on strategic outcomes & targets
  • Keeping organizational charts & job descriptions for all team members updated
  • Extracting vision & ideas from CEO & helping with implementation
  • Technology – work with our team to ensure we have the minimum effective dose technology and platforms needed for us to be successful.

Results:

  • Each member of our team has a clear outcome, knows their scoreboard, and understand what they are accountable for. (Outcome, transparency, and accountability)
  • We have an engaged team of True Believers that are excited about our company direction and committed to achieving our Client Centric Mission.
  • Complete monthly Metrics Spreadsheet report for CEO
  • Our company events are world class and designed to create real impact.
  • Full familiarization & implementation of the approved business operations system
  • Ensure all team members have properly updated job descriptions for every position
  • All team members have clarity on their focus and directions to drive the company towards objectives

Requirements:

  • Past examples of an unstoppable drive to push outcomes forward & achieve results
  • Ability to see the macro view and pull together the micro to make it work.
  • You are inspired by being around someone with big ideas, are fiercely loyal, protective, driven to get outcomes.
  • Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the CEO, work as sounding board for the CEO.
  • Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
  • A MASTER at organizing and system development
  • Incredibly tech savvy – learns quickly and has a variety of knowledge of programs that aid in organization and accountability

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

Salary: $40,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
