Summary:
In this role, you will cultivate strategic metrics, insight measurements and cascading methodology to manage the progress of Vizient’s corporate vision and business transformation. You will engage with senior leadership on the progression of the organization’s strategic vision and develop reporting and insights necessary to manage this effort.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate insights through strategic metrics and provide recommendations on how the organization is progressing, how the business can best drive results, and how the strategy of the organization may need to be enhanced.
- Develop a system of reporting so that C-suite and business leadership can be updated on performance and progress of Vizient’s targets.
- Build and maintain working relationships with functional group leaders responsible for delivering the performance objectives for Vizient.
- Partner with cross-functional teams from the business, information technology, data analytics and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred. MBA desired.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience evaluating and developing business metric insights in a corporate strategy environment required.
- Experience driving projects that interact with cross functional teams required.
- Experience creating systems of strategic metrics reporting and delivering insights to executive leadership required.
- Advanced proficiency of Excel, Power Point, SQL and Tableau preferred.
