The Director of Hybl Operations will report to Executive Leadership of the Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center. This position will have accountability to the Hybl Joint Venture through the Co-Executive Directors. Incumbent will be responsible for the overall operations of the Hybl Center, maintaining solid line reporting relationships with some departments within the center and dotted-line relationships with others.
The primary role of the Hybl Operations Director will be to create and maintain cohesive and successful operating, business, and patient care environments within the Hybl Center, recognizing and eliminating barriers, and promoting world class sports medicine and sports performance services. Integration with UCCS academic, athletic, and research programs is also essential.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Minimum Experience Requirements
5 to 10 years in a relevant field
Willingness and ability (potential) to teach at a University level in a DPT, AT, S&C, Exercise Science, or Exercise Physiology program
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex environment.
Experience with health care administration in a business setting.
Experience working with Sports Medicine and Performance patients and clients.
Diverse healthcare background
Experience establishing and evaluating service performance goals and allocating resources
Sports Management Experience

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Finance, Nursing, or related field

License/Certification Requirement
Maintain professional licensure in a relevant field (AT, PT, MD
