Job Description

Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master, working in a scaled environment across multiple scrum teams (4-5 teams minimum) at one time.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) & SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Ability to travel 100% Monday – Thursday on a weekly basis throughout the United States.
- Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 1 Certification from the below list:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
- ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE)
- Certified SAFe Agilist (SA)
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
Preferred Skills
- Scrum of Scrums / Complex ecosystem
- Agile tooling suite background (i.e. Jira and Confluence, Rally, Agile Central)
- In-depth Agile knowledge
- Driven and proactive
- Good facilitation skills
- Experience working with distributed Agile teams
- Continuous improvement & team maturity
Professional Skill Requirements
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
