2. Comply with recommendations made at inspections and inform proper authorities of compliance in writing. 3. Insure that regular emergency drills are held in each class.
4. Maintain staff ratio, assigning or other extracurricular activities. 5. Organize appropriate inservice training or other extracurricular activities.
6. Keep current and updated records on all students. 7. Supervise the curriculum development and the day to day functioning of the program.
8. Organize parties, programs and any other special activities throughout the school year.9. Schedule regular monthly staff meetings. 10.
Maintain an open relationship with school staff, including lunch in the school cafeteria. 11. Keep parents informed and up to date on policies, procedures and activities through daily communication. 12.
Be friendly and welcome parents when they visit. 13. Replace equipment and supplies as needed. 14.
Bring requests for large equipment to the Supervisor. 15. Attend continuing education seminars and/or workshops each school year. 16.
Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. EEC certification required (EEC Director certification preferred). 2.
Minimum related Associate Degree or unrelated Bachelor Degree 3. Minimum 2 credits or 3 CEUs in day care Administration. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills?
