Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. The Consultant CTO Program Manager will initiate programs, track their progress and provide readouts to the Data Protection Division CTO and leaderships teams and other stakeholders as necessary. The individual will interact with various technical leaders and product managers/owners within Data Protection Division, across the Infrastructure Solutions Group and with some external organizations.

Key Responsibilities

The Data Protection Division CTO team has numerous initiatives for which it requires systematic governance. These include:

  • Driving, tracking and reporting on Cross-Divisional architectural/technical engagements between Data Protection Division CTO, internal organizations and various external organizations
  • Driving and tracking Data Protection Division’s transformation from a “Waterfall Architectural Processes” paradigm to “Agile Architecture as a Cross Divisional Capability” and how it relates to Scrum, Grooming and Maturity
  • Building and managing a Technical Leadership Community through its definition, planning, launch and ongoing refinements
  • Defining outcomes for key initiatives and driving recurring or ad-hoc meetings to achieve those outcomes

Essential Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of accurately tracking and reporting out substantive information to executives and technical leadership
  • Education: BS Degree or 7+ years of relevant experience
