Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Warrenville, IL (US)-60555
Duration: 6+ Months
Primary Duties
Manage medium to high complexity Information Technology projects consisting of cross-functional teams involving multiple IT disciplines and areas including contract resources.
Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget and that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
Plan and manage scope, schedule, IT and Vendor resources and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with Exelon IT project management standards.
Interface with IT, Vendor and business stakeholders to develop project requirements, budgets and schedules. Facilitate requirements meeting.
Establish milestones, anticipate issues and monitor adherence to project scope, requirements and design document, schedules. Maintain project documentation.
Primary communicator with the sponsor and key stakeholders on project issues, including executive level and interdepartmental presentations.
Position Specifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Experience leading and managing technical personnel.
- Strong judgment and excellent analytical ability.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business management and with vendors.
- Appropriate technical skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles (Optional).
Project Name: Replace Cyber Security CDA Database (RiskVision Agiliance) with PAS Cyber Integrity application
Scope: Consolidate 3 CDA (Critical Digital Assets) database platforms into one standard platform (Cyber Integrity) across the fleet, including:
- Update and customize existing Cyber Integrity platform to align with regulatory guidance
- Transfer CDA Baseline information from 3 existing platforms into Cyber Integrity
- Integrate Cyber Integrityâs new real-time automated vulnerability monitoring module into existing threat vulnerability management process
