Must have at least 5 years Property Management experience in the Conventional industry. Candidates must be knowledgeable in apartment industry, collections, leasing, accounts receivables and payables and have strong supervisory skills. Must be very organized, dependable and strong focus on time management and budgeting. Proficient with Yardi Voyager, Blue Moon, Excel, Word and Outlook Programs. Excellent benefits package available.
