BriteLife is a comprehensive substance abuse treatment facility similarly designed to existing high-end facilities yet is affordable enough for Middle America. The protocol is a unique opportunity for recovery and lifestyle change with a proven mind, body, and spirit approach, with experiential and customized to each patientâs needs. We will provide all this without the pitfalls of metropolitan areas and ease of access to narcotics or any mind-altering substances. This is the first site to offer a co-morbidity approach, blended with both proven 12 step and non 12 step intense therapy protocols to treatment. Utilizing the medical model and focusing on a truly medical/therapeutic approach to treating addiction and alcoholism. BriteLife will be the leader in the industry and will set a new standard for treatment and medical protocols at a higher level of client care than previously approached.
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Clinical Director is responsible for the supervision of the clinical staff. He/she consults with the COO, Physician, and Utilization Review Department as needed. The Clinical Director maintains close communication with the clinical staff, provides any information relevant to the programâs operation and assist in developing and modifying the program as a whole. He/she monitors documentation by the clinical staff in order to ensure that documentation is maintained at the highest level and is responsible to provide 24-hour management of the clinical function of the facility.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Graduated from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or health-related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2 years administrative and management setting familiarity, with Performance Improvement and CARF Standards necessary.
- Communication skills to relate to all levels of management staff.
- Self motivated and confident Application of Continuous Quality Improvement/ Performance Improvement philosophy and ability to develop organizational strategy.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Licensure to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required in Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor and/or Certified Addiction Professional.
