Business System Analyst and Scrum Master

We are seeking a savvy Business System Analyst with Scrum Master experience to manage and be accountable for overall health and quality of each AdOps release, provide daily report on release progress, issues, risk, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with business users and technology partners at all levels
-
Assessing and identifying options, risks, and alignment of priorities

Plan and manage each release for AdOps
-
Report on release progress, issues pre and post deployment
-
Manage work assignment and overall release capacity
-
Ensure every request has been through QA, UAT and simulation
-
Own issue resolutions

Hold daily standup with AdOps build team
-
Develop and maintain AdOps system documentation

Actively promote Agile working practices and help the team transition from their current processes

Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure that work is prioritized appropriately to meet business objectives, managing competing priorities of LOBs

Analyze business requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how systems and applications can best functionally fulfill those needs

Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional design and write user stories for a given application

Support the Team Leads in promoting a culture of ownership, responsibility, and quality

Organize work estimates at various levels of granularity to set delivery expectations appropriately and allow informed prioritization

B.S or M.S or equivalent College degree or specialized training / equivalent work experience with excellent academic background (Computer Science, Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field.)

4+ years of working experience as part of Agile Scrum teams

Knowledge / experience using JIRA and Confluence

Strong experience with Agile development methodologies (at least SCRUM) will be preferred

Experience working on or with agile development teams

Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wire frames, etc.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, motivated self-starter who can work independently and may need to manage a small team of junior technology resources, as applicable

Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and time management skills, strong analytical and troubleshooting and project management skills

Experience implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures

High level of energy and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
