We are hiring for an Aquatic Manager at each of our Richmond and Midlothian locations!

Responsibilities As an Aquatic Manager and Swim Instructor, you will be managing:

* Hiring and training of the aquatic staff

* Quality of swim lessons

* Interaction with parents and students

* Yourself as you set an example and teach a few shifts of swim lessons with our quality curriculum.

Qualifications:

* 22 years or more with reliable transportation

* Strong work ethic with a commitment to consistent presence at the school.

* Swim background- able to swim freestyle and backstroke and breaststroke.

* Good communicator who cares about others and communicates well with all

* 2 years experience with managing others

* Available immediately to begin training and work year-round.

* Available 25 – 35+ hours a week between schools operating hours during mornings/evenings and Saturdays until 4pm.

* We do ask that only interested applicants with immediate availability respond

Preferred Experience:

* Management: 2 years (Preferred)

* Swim Instruction: 1 year (Preferred)

* Competitive swim experience: 1 year high school or higher (Preferred)
