The Targeted Quality Intelligence (TQI) team runs a program of specifically focused business intelligence projects to provide deep, actionable insights to support AppleCare’s business goals and initiatives. Your role within the TQI team is to serve as the single point of contact to coordinate call listening projects for all TQI related activities.
The key skills we would be looking for in the right candidate would be excellent knowledge of Quality Standards and why they are important to the business, being agile and quick when it comes to problem solving, and working through ambiguity. The chosen candidate will need to be very comfortable crafting their own support network and working independently as their manager is off site.

- Able to work independently with a manager based outside your timezone
- Expect to work the normal working hours for your region for the most part. Occasional night/early morning hours may be needed for highest priority projects
- Attention to detail and quality of output
- Demonstrate an ability to perceive opportunities relating to future projects
- Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems and dealing with ambiguity
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Keynote, Numbers, and Excel a plus
- Understanding of how to utilise pivot tables and reporting to identify opportunities
Description
Manage 4-5 intelligence gathering projects per month. Additional projects may be added as required by the business
Work with requestors to understand the goals of project. Understand if project is to validate assumptions, verify adoption or uncover Advisor and Customer experiences
Balance and assign evaluation allocation on a monthly basis. Review existing project and data sources to determine if they can be leveraged
Work closely with requestors and vendor teams to ensure that project goals are aligned and resources are in place prior to kickoff. Responsibilities include project scope management, building evaluation forms, generating case lists, running calibrations and identifying potential risks as they arise
Once project is kicked off you will assess the evaluation data frequently to identify quick win opportunities and to make sure all going to plan
Throughout the life cycle of the project you will work directly with the IQE Quality Supplier, to execute all requests, validating data and setting requirements for post project roundtables. When needed, liaise with PM’s in IQE to ensure project completion.
When the project has been completed you will put together a final read-out to answer the business questions and address problem statements in a clean and concise manner. At times, you will be required to present these findings to leadership.
