The Administrative Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning, directing and supervising the tasks pertinent to the operations of Guevarez & Guevarez, Corp., including office and store operations (auto parts); projects delegated by the President and work plans of the personnel assigned to them. Supervise daily office, sales and store employees. Ensure that protocols, goals and policies established by the company are met. The person assigned to this position must exercise a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Bachelors in Business Administration with three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in jobs comparable to the nature of this position in the area of employee supervision. Must have experience managing different hierarchic levels. Good verbal and written communication of the Spanish and English language, preferably reading, writing, understanding. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Results oriented. Ability to identify priorities and establish action plans to achieve it. Knowledge and mastery in the use of computers, in programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other related.
