What You’ll Do

  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Responsible for navigating through organizations to leverage cross-sell and upsell opportunities within a subset of current accounts
  • Establish and develop senior level, long term client relationships with clients and design account plans for new relationships and revenue
  • Possess a full understanding of clients’ specific decision-making and purchasing process
  • Effectively create strategic territory plans, Account Plans and Pipeline Growth strategies to prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities within a named account territory
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales targets and achieve revenue commits
  • Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against quota
  • Accurately forecast new business from existing accounts using established sales process and forecast methodology
  • Be a “farmer” by establishing senior level, long term client relationship to generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities with strategic accounts
  • Educate existing clients on our entire product set and value of our platform
  • Have a firm “Command of our Message” to ensure proper value messaging to existing clients to drive pipeline generation
  • Consistently add new qualified opportunities to the pipeline to ensure quarterly revenue targets are obtainable.

Who We Need

  • 7+ years of professional experience in a sales, relationship management, consultancy or implementations role within an investment firm, a financial technology firm or a financial services firm
  • Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations
  • Multi-Asset class knowledge in one or more of the following: Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Structured Products, Derivatives
  • Extensive client-facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
