This executive will be charged with elevating the brand, improving demand generation efforts and driving the sales efforts. Reporting to the COO, this B2B/SaaS leader will be a player-coach, a forward-thinking strategist and a tried executor.

THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
- Hiring, coaching, mentoring and developing your direct reports (Director of Marketing, Director of Lead Generation, Director of Sales) to their highest potential.
- Collaborating with CFO, CEO and COO to build marketing, sales targets using a data-driven approach, win /loss analysis, demographic and historic run rates, and market penetration.
- Building a business plan for all of the Marketing and Sales teams to execute against.
- Consistently forecast and deliver sales and service targets. Ensure your organizations achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, profitability, customer happiness, and attrition goals.
- Diving into customer data and craft high-impact growth strategies across all parts of the user funnel, including acquisition, conversion rate optimization, engagement, and retention.
- Owning all aspects of performance marketing: develop strategies and plans to drive near-term new customer acquisition and build a foundation for balanced growth
