MIL currently holds several multi-year contracts with NAWCAD in the areas of Cyber, C5ISR, and Information Technology systems.


The MIL Corporation
seeks a Systems Integration Manager to support a Federal Government client at our Ft. Gordon, Georgia location. The Systems Integration Manager will provide on-site support of Information Technology (IT) and Audio-Visual (A/V) installations within the CCoE Transformation program at Ft. Gordon, Georgia.


Key Duties

  • Provides integration management support to government program manager.
  • Manages day-to-day installation oversight of IT and A/V fit-outs within Army Military Construction (MILCON) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects.
  • Assists with preparation and reviews deliverables prepared by the team.
  • Understand and be able to manage IT network switch and router configurations and other hardware configuration changes.
  • Oversee the delivery of IT and A/V installations in support of the program from procurement through delivery.
  • Manages logistics plan administration and tracks Just in Time (JIT) supply chain management strategy.
  • Manage network diagrams, rack elevations, and equipment list of materials between project management office and contract integrator.
  • Author and then oversee baseline configurations for applications, software, and hardware assets installed into classrooms, administration areas, and Telecommunications rooms.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion through project management office.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change to include alternative solutions.
  • Prepares and presents oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and
  • Schedules and assists in equipment accountably audits and assists in implementing audit recommendations.
  • Develop security guidelines to avoid unauthorized damage or usage of project items.
  • Assist in management, maintenance and automating of processes and techniques to find efficiencies.
  • Analyze installation and integration issues and propose appropriate resolutions.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Project Management experience with IT systems.
  • Experience with networking design and IT infrastructure terms.
  • Experience with A/V and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Great attention to detail and willingness to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to interface professionally with individuals at all levels, communicate effectively with project staff, other team members and/or stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint use.

Desired Qualifications

  • BA/BS and 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Project Management experience with IT and A/V systems.
