As a STARBUCKS Manager you will:

Ensures the standards of excellence are met, supervise associates, and perform financial responsibilities such as ordering, inventory control, and report analysis and reconciliation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling; manage monthly inventories; supervise, train, and coaches associate; and plan, market and execute special events and promotions. You will prepare and maintain volume trend analysis reports on a daily basis, ensure compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards, operate within budgetary guidelines, and identify new ways to improve the business. Applicants must be a Starbucks Certified Barista. Two years of food service experience including 1 year at the management level is preferred. Operational knowledge of the POS system, cash handling procedures, and reconciliation of daily sales reports .required. ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred. Seeking a candidate with strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
